"I had come to the realization that my fitness and weight levels
were a reflection of my lifestyle and that this lifestyle was leading me in the
wrong direction very quickly. I tried to be a self-starter in getting more

back now, I realize why my past attempts failed. I was incredibly frustrated,
disappointed, and embarrassed with myself on how far I had let my fitness level
