"Kelly's energy and positive, powerful guidance have pushed me to become the strongest and fittest I've been in my life -- at the age of 40. She makes every workout as fun as it is demanding, and she never fails to make me smile. Even when we're sweating and suffering, we're still laughing. That's the secret to Kelly's Motivation Master technique: She knows how to enjoy life and find the pleasure in every challenge."

"I have been involved in fitness programs for over 10 years, and Kelly is the most motivating person I have ever met. She designs programs for business and works with individuals to meet their personal fitness and wellness goals."

"When I think of Kelly the first word that comes to mind is inspiration. She inspires a change, she inspires excitement, she inspires positive thoughts but most of all she inspires passion. Her passion for doing what she loves is evident in all of our workouts together. Workouts are creative, fresh and catered to achieving my goals. Kelly's passion is infectious and will open your eyes to a new way of looking at fitness, achieving goals, and having a healthy strong body."

"Before training with Kelly I never could run for more than five minutes. I've never been a long distance runner and never thought I could run long distances until Kelly started coaching me.
I live in Michigan and started distance-training with her two years ago and now I can run continuously for 45 minutes !!!

I've run 5K races and in my last race placed third for my age group among thousands in the Big House/Big Heart 5K race on the University of Michigan campus.

My ability to run like this at age 67 after training with Kelly is truly an amazing success story that never would have happened without her helping me set realistic goals, her focusing on my progress and helping me learn from the struggles along the way. She is a fantastic coach and great inspiration!!!! "

"I had come to the realization that my fitness and weight levels were a reflection of my lifestyle and that this lifestyle was leading me in the wrong direction very quickly. I tried to be a self-starter in getting more active, and for brief time spans, it worked, but before long I was back to my old patterns of inactivity, with nothing to show for my efforts.

So in July 2011, I made a decision to hire Kelly for one-on-one training to help motivate and teach me how to become more physically fit. During our first meeting to see if we were a good fit to achieve my goals, I realized that Kelly was not interested in just showing me how to work out, but in how to make small changes in thinking and behavior to achieve lasting and permanent changes.

Even though I was convinced she was the right person to mentor me, I still agonized over the money, the commitment, and my track record of failure in achieving lasting results. But I had reached a point that I had exhausted all other choices obvious to me, short of surgery. It was now or never... it was time to put up or shut up...

What convinced me that Kelly was the right personal trainer for me? If you meet her and spend time with her, you realize she lives what she teaches. I knew by the questions she asked me that she was paying attention to what I was saying and not saying. Her answers to my questions were straightforward and hopeful. She convinced me that she would be a supportive and effective partner in this endeavor.

By supportive, I mean that she genuinely saw my potential and actively shared with me every success no matter how much frustration that I showed. By effective, I mean, she listened to my self-proclaimed limitations and doubts but kept me moving in the right direction, making constant course corrections.

Looking back now, I realize why my past attempts failed. I was incredibly frustrated, disappointed, and embarrassed with myself on how far I had let my fitness level drop. It's no wonder that my previous attempts fizzled, I was constantly de-motivating myself. Kelly provided a believable source of positive feedback that slowly replaced the doubts and negativity.

If you told me eight months ago, that I would be off of my CPAP machine, running 6.5 miles in 71 minutes, exercising in public, have cholesterol levels that make my doctor smile, loose two pant sizes and one shirt size, and eating steamed asparagus regularly... I would have called you a dreamer. There is no doubt that it took a lot of dedication on my part to achieve this. There is also no doubt that without Kelly’s guidance, I would not have achieved this on my own.

Kelly has imparted a new vision for myself, shattered self-imposed limitations, and given me a new set of tools to blaze a new path, a new future where I feel enabled."

Kelly is an incredible coach, very no nonsense and a "just do it" attitude. She pushes me to get out of my comfort zone and to realize that I can work harder and get stronger than I ever thought I could.”

“Kelly is the best coach that I have worked with.  This is the first time that I have achieved results . . . enough results to make me want to continue toward my goals.  Kelly uses creativity, motivation and makes you feel like you can succeed.”

"Due to knee and shoulder injuries I was hesitant to sign on with Kelly.  After talking with Kelly, I realized this was exactly what I needed to do.  Exercise was for all levels.  Everyone can move to some degree, movement is success.   I wanted to lose weight and tighten my flabby arms.  I wanted to have more energy; I was tired of being tired all the time."

"As a fitness coach, Kelly is the perfect balance of being encouraging but all the while compassionate. She leads me to challenge myself not only physically but mentally and do more than I ever thought I could do. However if I can't quite do the workout as prescribed, she never belittles or embarrasses me. I never feel like I'm in a competition with anyone but myself or that I'm being judged. She knows how to listen and truly has my best interest at heart. My fitness goals are as important to her as they are to me. I know I accomplish my goals as long as she's in my corner rooting for my success."
