I am a parent with real life experiences who has overcome a multitude of challenges, closed doors, grief, and countless unempowering and negative emotions. I am passionate about learning and treat my life as one big experiment and I share the results – successes and fails – with my clients. At this point in my 10+ year career I am fortunate to have a solid understanding of what works and what doesn't as it relates to fitness, eating, thinking, relationships, living authentically, and achieving great success and abundant joy!
I transform lives because I listen, really listen, to my clients and together we create practical and sustainable solutions that lead them to their own versions of balanced prosperity – something I strive for in my own life.
I believe fitness is the cornerstone - whatever ‘fitness’ means to you – and from that so many other transformations take place. Because when you feel good about yourself you naturally make better quality lifestyle choices.

It starts with fitness yet what we accomplish is so much more.
We were made to move!
Movement is the catalyst to so many other great life transformations. When we’re moving we feel better which spills over to improved food/beverage choices, sounder sleep, more calm, reduced or eliminated medications, healthier relationships, and the list goes on and on.
Better thoughts = better life
Our thoughts create our reality and many times we become stuck in habitually negative and destructive patterns that no longer serve us. When we learn how to release these patterns our lives take off! We’re more productive, have better relationships and careers, our weight naturally levels out, etc. We are limitless when we get out of our own way!
We all deserve balanced prosperity
Balanced prosperity is something I strive for in my own life and what I want for my clients. It’s not about working harder or running ourselves ragged. It’s about figuring out the aspects of our lives that are really important and taking practical, positive action steps that bring us the results we seek without all of the unnecessary struggle and angst.
